Richard born in Dublin, Ireland, served as a soldier in the English Army
for several years. Came to America and served as drum major under Gen.
Washington in the Revolutionary War. Also under Gen. Harrison in War of
1812. Died in the year 1836 in Delaware Co., Ohio aged 95
