Workshops to help you progress thru the process will begin on Friday, March 30, at 1:00 p.m. 
The following workshops will be at 1:00
on the 4th Friday of the month in the Myers Inn Museum
45 S. Columbus Street facing Sunbury Square
one time fee for the Workshop is $5.00

Prove your lineage from the Civil War Veteran, complete the necessary forms
Must be a member of the Big Walnut Area Historical Society

Complete the form at the bottom of the page and send in with registration fee of $5
 Application Forms and Guidelines
for completion will be mailed
or email that you are attending and bring your money to the workshop and
 your application form will be at the workshop

Complete the Application Forms and return with $15 by July 15, 2012

Each inductee will receive a certificate of proof and recognition. 
 

Print, cut this section and mail with $5 for each soldier you will prove to BWAHS
